its okay it just makes me stronger..... mostly because each time this happens i eat my feelings and i get bigger and stronger physically but there also is some emotional strength gained.

This is a very logical reaction from your part, let me explain. People don't call someone ugly easily and when they do, they actually mean it. Assuming it comes out of nowhere and it's not out of spite or in jest. Now on the flipside, people call someone beautiful easily, because it's a compliment and it can often be said without meaning any of it, because it can advance any kind of agenda one has with that person.

This is the main reason why being called ugly sticks, the other reason is because it's pretty fucked up if someone calls you ugly. Especially if you're a girl cotdamn.
