Awkward hugs

Have you ever had a person shorter than you wrap their arms tightly around your waist? So that your arms went over their shoulders and you endeed up crading their head against your chest?

Have you ever had a person shorter than you give you the normal angled hug but was too short to reach your cheek for a kiss and so kissed you on your neck?

Have you ever had a person taller than you give you the normal hug but was too tall and ended up crushing your throat against their shoulder?


-This is why I say people should stop hugging.




Actually now that I think of it there are also those fist crushers, the limp wristed and the sweaty palmed

I never make the first move. Be they hugs or hand shakes. I have poor dexterity and sweaty palms.

The most awkawrd hugs I had, was when I normally hug a person, I hug them to shoulder to shoulder 2 times, so once I hugged the person I tried to hug the other side of their shoulder but instead the person thought we finished the hugs and tried to move back whilst I was clutching to them trying to get the second hug on the right left shoulder.

The things about initiating is the one who does should say something/get the person's attention. I can see myself totally leaving the other person hanging if I was distracted.

Isnt it?? The world has really evolved for the worse. why would someone kiss you? Hug is odd and invasive enough.
