Innocence, huh? I unno about that. We didn't have "cliques" in my school. Some of the best basketball team members got full academic scholarships while I was going there. The best PG was a good friend of mine who recently finished a degree in compsci. I went to an interesting school. People did what they liked and there was little judgment passed. The only groups that formed were around language barriers, which I found kind of annoying. The school had only about 900~ people when I went there, yet there were so many I haven't spoken to. Perhaps that's something I would've changed as well; gotten to know more people.

Cool man, you know what when I went high school it was all about popularity, vanity and bull, it was about who could get the best looking chicks. The only reason why basketball mattered was coz of the chicks and we had the most amazing cheerleading squad. It was a fitnah! It was all a fantasy. It had no real substance. I enjoyed the little rep I made for myself but then blew it at the end! Alas, I always thougt that if I could change something I would love to be a tutor. Helping others

We took our high school basketball seriously, if you ruined the state championship for us you might as well have transferred lol

Our school was so broke, students had to lobby for forming teams. I remember how we formed our rugby team. It was a sad joke, but really fun.

I don't know if popularity was a big deal in my school. I couldn't really tell. People definitely knew the names of girls who dressed up to get attention though lol, and perhaps whoever was dating them. But was it a popularity thing? I don't think so. They were all generally polite. When someone was a jerk, everyone hated them. Was there substance? Yes, I'd like to think so. People were real.

The only thing I would change is I would have joined more clubs/societies. And I would have taken certain subjects further such as textiles and maybe food tech.. :|
