I'm not sure about all the specifics in this case, but you should guard yourself around this forum & remember you have rights as a forumer e.g. if anyone harasses you, goes after your personal life or makes any sort of threats against you, you should report them. Don't pick sides without first making sure just who it is you're rooting for, don't trust much of what is said and don't reveal too much about yourself to anyone.

Lick - I'm sorry you had to experience that, but you're not the first girl this has happened to and doubt it'll stop with you. Behind a screen username, people feel emboldened & easily forget their humanity i.e. why it's easier to prey on unsuspecting members. Another 'lander female forumer suffered a far more damaging personal attack online about 2-3 years ago, it was done by some punks whom she trusted & thought were decent, they were also 'landers.
