Can someone who is coming on a refugee status who has their flights booked switched to come to another state instead of the one that the USCIS want them to resettled? If I go pick them up from wherever they would be brought and bring them to Minneapolis, would it cause them any problems? They don't know anyone in Taxes and they are bringing them to Taxes Desert on the 22nd ?
