Applying for Welfare

Has anyone here applied for welfare as adults? I'm wondering what programs they offer to young single adults.

I'm hoping to go down to the public assistance office this week and apply for a monthly stipend. I want to know what's like to live on welfare so I can be ready to survive in an oil-rich future Puntland.

Go to welfare office and tell them you are expecting a HUGE Amount of Money from PL OIL, & they will give you emergency assistance that you will pay back in the future. :up:
