Alpha it's could be end of anything and could be dunya or aakhira, and in the fiqh language and arabic grammar the "laam" in taqwa, we call it in quranic science " almalik" which means yoghlab the nahaaya or end of the "amar ma".

Considering the entire ayah, I'm confident in my understanding of it.

that quote came different positioning, that was in surat qessas after end of story of qaroon and basharah Allah musa. it came different ways in other ayyat too. we take it as quran science student as qaaida aamah.

also came in surat وجاءت هذه القاعدة بلفظ مقارب، في خطاب الله تعالى لنبيه محمد في خواتيم سورة طه: {وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا لَا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَى} [طه: ]. talking to prophet mohammed.

also in some where else in the quran {والآخرة عند ربك للمتقين} .

it's matter of language but take it as qaida quraaniya in academic level of science of quran.

From a mans point of view. The key to a long and happy relationship is the ability to monopolise and keep control of the realtionship. If at anytime you lose control due to any factor, emotional weakness, job lose, or your female stepping her game up. Pull the emergence stop and job, it will be more honourable then being the one getting screwed..

control is a myth, nothing such control in anything exist! the only thing/one you have control is yourself. fit in what you thrown on and adopt it and slicelly change or find something else.

After rereading the entire story, I think I'm wrong.

But you're referring to the grammatical importance of the 'laam'. I don't think the meaning is the same in every usage of the phrase.

lol it's not about you wrong or right. im just presenting what is out there about that phrase in quran. and practicing what i study....joke.

it also if you want to study quran science you need to phrase it and back as laguage used in other part in quran. without language part, we wouldnt have quran science. we dont speak like arabs any more and the expression has been changed a lot that some times we go beyond the quran and ahaadeeth to arabic jahiliya poems to understand usage of phrases in quran. it's more complicated when you just reading it, studying it and when you want to be academic expert.

my point was the way fisibbilah used : could be right too. cause he is not first one used, is widely qaida used as that way.

Hyper you know the story of Adam and Eve, right? The moral of that story is; had Adam had stayed in control of that situation the rest would have been history.

What I'm talking about is close to quantum physics for you, with you being Arab, and being guranteed to marry your cousin. In that type of culture/society the man is always the master and erred the trousers. Here in the west it's not the same sxb.
Let me give an example ask the girls in here how many were trousers any type? They have all been corrupted and we must evolve to deal with this unfortunate situation we find ourselves in.

Yes, I understand the necessity of comprehending Arabic.

I was just considering the ayah, and the use of the phrase "wal caqibatu lil-muttaqeen", and whether or not it meant in this life or akhirah.

I haven't done much Arabic grammar, and the little I did was a couple years ago. When reading, I try to understand the context of the phrases used before forming a conclusion on their meanings. It's the best I can do, for now. After rereading the use and the other ayaat, I changed my opinion.

Way to make me sound like an arrogant douche

Usually when I check reference books, what I came to conclude is usually close to or spot on. I never do it with ayat on laws though, but more on the intangible. Also, my ability to research is limited, but I understand that isn't an excuse.

I don't think there's anything wrong with reading an ayah and thinking about what it might mean. But you're right, opinions change over time.
