A while ago the police were called in london after a Nigerian man started disributing £50 notes to the staff it turned out the man was former governor of one of the states in nigeria where any one with that type of job is busy taking flights all over the world to lounder money out of the country while they have agents like in England who help them and register different companies like the above governer's lawyer who got 7 years conviction,the governor is said to have been in England before worked in a DIY shop and was cought giving his girlfriend to £500 worth of shopping and after that was guilty of credit card fraud with 2 cases of dishonesty and he was broke he went back to Nigeria and got the job as state governor,in the mean time the state he represented is strugling with no infrastucture even roads not repaired and schools childreen have no desks and chairs,and it is estimated he stolen about $4Billion dollers with big houses in many countries,companies and cars.
