sadly you cannot claim them as oromo, they are representatives of the first people to leave africa
and they share very little DNA with us, infact some of them bred with the later arrivals to india , the dravidians .
They used to have all of india, thailand, vietnam, burma, indonesia and philipines all to themselves till other waves of people came.

They survive in the Andaman islands and in some islands near indonesia.

Menace, they have nothing to do with Somalia or the people you named.
