Out of topic, I met some guy who was extremely against the new proposed constitution yesterday. When I asked why he opposes he said hebel and hebel (his clansmen/former warlords) are against it. You should read Hubert Spencer, 19th century sociologist who devised social darwinism. His examples fit the behaviour of somalis.
