To answer murtad wolverine's question.

Yes it should be allowed for 50+ yr old to marry any girl that reaches her period as long as both are consenting :!:

First I do not want mock the religion or prophet, not because I care for the prophet, but for the feelings of muslims. But since you believe someone deserves death, and you put down values of the society that give you, in law, equality and freedom of religion, then I thought it was necessary to question you're morality and remind you that the man you consider perfect has created a moral dilemma for believers.

So my question to you jalaaludin5 and others is, if you would have had death penalty for gays in Somalia, would you also allow a 50 year+ old man marry a 6 year old?
Not agreeing with some of the values of the "Society that gave me equality and freedom of religion" is not a crime nor does it reflect on my faith. I am not interested in the dilemmas none Muslim face in regards to to the teaching of Islam. The topic is about Homosexuality and Muslims, and since the west decided to normalise such despicable behaviour they should remember to respect other nations (Muslims in this case) who set up laws according to their values and what they hold dear...i.e religion.

Obviously you hold western "values" so high as if it was the yard stick to which all values should be based.

Personally i got what i needed to know about u. I knew what you were from day one but is good to hear it from the horse's mouth, as they say.

Ps...Another member of snet growing list of shifty brigade.

Shirib
you're playing with fire buddy, if you wanna stay around here much longer tread lightly
What a strange thing to say. I asked a simple question which would be considered normal in Saudiarabia and many scholars of the past would not mind.

That was not my question. My question was if it should be allowed for a 50+ year old man to marry a 6 year old in, not someone who has reached puberty, which could well be in mid teens. To repeat the question:
Should it be allowed for a 50+ year old man to marry a 6 year old in Somalia?

Whats the matter with you guys, taking this question as an insult when infact its not considered an insult by especially the salafi doctrine that you ascribe to. If I sent this question to a salafi sheykh, he would not see anything offensive in its nature. So stop being sensitive about something that is obvious in hadith.

My point is to show you, if you consider the morality of value system that provides you with the kind of lives you have is so offensive, what is you're alternative? Answer my question grandpakhalif: Do you want Somalia to allow a 50+ year old man to marry a 6 year old?

This is because you're being too sensitive about this and imagining that I'm mocking you, when in fact Im actually making a rational argument.

homosexuality is illegal in Somalia like incest is illegal. What's your rational? If certain countries wanna make homosexuality legal, that's up to them, but they can't shove it down other countries throats

My argument is that sexuality is something people are born with, backed up by the general view in science. Its in the scientific sense like having blue or brown eyes, its something beyond the control of the individual. If you don't accept the general view in science, like religious people often do, then thats the opinion you have taken. You can also cherrypick studies with what suits the world that you want to live in. Also, the you feel is similar to what bigots against muslims and blacks feel. There's lot of irony that the people who most defend muslims and black people, are the people that defend gay rights the most. In fact I've seen several times gay liberals/leftist ferociously defending muslims and Islam. There's a disturbing irony in that.

there's no gay gene, that's absolutely false. You cannot be born gay. I can become gay tomorrow if I want to.

You don't believe in Islaam as already stated.
You support homosexuality.
You have anti-Somali and i'm guessing anti-African views on the world.
Allah yahdik is all i say. This world is a very short abode, you can live with your ideologies and your blindness for only a short period.
There is no point in you mentioning the salaf, ten of them were promised jannah and many of them are awaiting paradise. Someone who has turned away the haqq in pursuit of cadaanima isn't worthy of anything. Allah yahdik sincerely.
