A near heart attack
I felt my heart pumping out my chest la'illah ila laah


The scariest part is i touched my chest and said subhanallah and everything went back to normal
All this time I believed i was healthy damn that means i need a check up

is it me or like does anyone even visit the hospital anymore? LIke seriously the last time i went was like back in 2010 to get tb shots for volunteering in a hospital and haven't been there since

I have a big appetite who doesn't loool but I am healthy alhamdullah and hold up why do people assume that somebody has to be fat inorder to have a heart attack ???? Uhmm no there are many things that play a role
