Arabs are generally fellow Muslims, and Somalis should have no grudges against them. I can't understand what Somalis think that Arabs owe them. Mind you folks the Middle Eastern and North African Arabs are a diverse people with their different customs, even languages. A Middle Eastern Arab would difficulty in understanding the Morrocan Arabic. The ethnicity of Arabs varies from pure Arabs, to other ethnic groups including blacks and others who settle among them.

The original Arabs are the Qaxtaan of Yemen, Nabi Ismaciil calayhi salam's Reer Abti.

As for Somali it is far from Arabic and not even a semetic language. Amharic, Tigrenya, Hebrew, Arabic are related and You hear those languages You hear a lot of Arabic in it.

Somalis a ancient, hamatic/cushitic language.
