Okay, that was too close for comfort, but at the end we pulled it out. Pirlo is the stuff of Legends. Azzurri need to come out energized and organized the next game. Italia is terribly missing a triquerista, the only person who can create is Pirlo. Montolivo is trash, and Marchisio and De Rossi while solid defensively are not CAM's. Italia is desperately missing a CAM. Balotelli and Cassano have been wasteful.

If Italia will beat Germany they need to be clinical, they have to finish chances. You can't waste opportunities like we've been doing.

If Chiellini is available, they should go back to the 3-5-2 vs. Germany, flood the midfield and don't give Ozil and co space to create.

Pirlo is by far the best midfielder of this tournament. The way he handles the ball is fascinating to watch. Impressive, he is in a class of his own.
