You know well I only sympathize with my Sunni Syrian brothers and sisters. Long before the current ordeal, Sr. Assad martyred some 20k-40k Sunni Syrians, including entire families, mothers, children, elderly, etc.

Israel actually favors Assad, and the reason why he has survived so far is because of its intervention. Israel isn't happy with where Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood and the future, so it makes little sense for it to help another Muslim Brotherhood take power in Syria.
