a) it could be that you are suffering from "Haematuria" i.e. blood in the urine, a symptom of diseases of the urethra, prostata etc The color is usually dark-yellow.
b) could be Haemolytic Anemia; this is higly unlikely because a) you are not a pregnat, mentruating woman and b) you have lived a healthy life in the west.
c) Hepatitis . Hepatitis is an inflammation of your liver, and it’s usually caused by a viral infection or some medications or even alcohol consumption; Hep Type A is common and you will be ok after a few days; Hep B and C and D, E are dangerous; has your willy been visiting unchattered territories recently? Have you been a partner of uncle Smirnov for a long time? Have you been using needles? In that case, seek medical attention as soon possible
