The last few days has witnessed the appointment of a moderator. Many of you endorsed Basra as the moderator. You were overwhelmed by joy that a "muslim" woman was appointed instead of a kufr or an enlighted mind which unfortunately some of you call kufr pet, kufr etc.

Soon after the announcement topics related to the abuse of power by the new moderator were introduced at unprecented rate.

Considering that some of you were calling for censorship and curtailing of free speech to which somalinet is the beacon, it is surprising to see many of you complaining.

Monchatanya, initiated another forum to seduce Dhuusa-deer. Many of you said you will join that forum only to come back to the beacon (somalinet). You don't come back to a place that you left!!!!

Complaining is a human trait not just Somalis, some could argue that human beings in their pursuit for happiness and satisfaction often don't realize that really they are happiest when they're complaining and dissatisfied. So there you have my asnwer I think we're most content when we're complaining about one thing or another.
