In 1953, there was white only democratic party organization(D) in Texas. The blacks were not allowed to join that party simply because of the color of their skin. They were not allowed to vote at all because they are f-king ugly baboons to them. That was the mentality of white man in Texas.
Rule of Law: A political organization of exclusions solely on the basis of race violates the fifteen amendment where that organization primary determines who will be in general elections.
The tactic to accomplish their racism: They said we white only democratic party are private association. The state did not fund us. so on and so on. The candidate are not certified by their association but he files himself as candidate. It was a trick to make black man never votes in their party.
Holding decision: It was unconstitutional for that party to do that.
1. The party do same activity as political party does.
2. They elect as the state do require them to elect except he must be a white man.
That is how was overruled their inequality action and their tricks of this damn cow boys.
