Why do kids hate old people and the disable horta?

Back when I lived in California there was an old Vietnamese women that use to collects soda cans from dumpsters and these somali kids use to throw rocks at her, one day while I was coming from the corner I saw my 9 year old neighbor about to bash her head in with a brick, I swear if I didnt smack him up a little bit that old women wouldve been dead.
