Blitzkrieg

The Germans are pounding the defensive positions of Greece. Will the greeks be like Poland and succumb to the power of the mighty panzars? or will they resist like Stalingrad and rise from the ashes?

1-0 Lahm

Looks like France; resistance but not enough to fend off the panzars. Löwe appears to be like General Rommel; show strength and create fear,,,

Will the second half be like North Africa? Al-alamein? Will Patton win against Rommel?

I never paid attention in History because my History teacher was too handsome. But yet he passed me, do you think he had a thing for me? :oops:

I'm slightly disappointed that this isn't in dedication to me, Herr Lamgoodtzer.

Was that in the UK/USA? because in those countries the pravados of the blitzkrieg was downplayed.

BTW, 1-1. It is turning into Stalingrad. The winter appears to be over. We may witness a withdrawal followed by humiliation all the way to Berlin.

Blitzkrieg;
Darling. Dies ist in gewisser Weise eine Hommage an Sie.

Ok. This is a bit of history. so what did they teach you in history class? the American civil war? the Boston tea party? Pearl Harbour? Sitting bull?

The Panzars are once again involved. 2-1. It sounds like Denmark in 1944. They will probably go all the way to Norway. Quisling (the referee might aid them).

What about Geronimo? the native american who fought for the rights of the Apache indians? Slavery?

The blitzkrieg is rolling; Poland, Denmark and Norway.

The only hope for the greeks is if they become like the inhabitants of Stalingrad.....

Anyway habeen wanaagsan. You should read history books. May I suggest Anthony Beevor's book, Stalingrad?

I doubt Shirib. This is becoming like Austria; walkover. 4-1

I get it! You mean the Azzuri. That will be impossible; remember Il Doce was crushed...
