If Somalis ruled the world... they would turn it ungovernable and everyone would be saying 'each Man to his own' ( ISKAA WAX U QABSO). They will only encourage unity amongst tribes and of course they will rule by 4:5 Directive. And when it comes to industry and commerce, they would try their best to import almost everything from other worlds including Mars. Many of the people( especially the elite, the educated and business people) in this Somali ruled world would be seeking asylum and refugee status in other parts of the universe.
Don't forget that their mandate of ruling the world would be mainly transitional that would remain never ending and the small portion that remains out of this transitional government would spend all their resources in trying to secede and forever be seeking elusive recognition from the rulers of other worlds.
In conclusion if Somalis ruled the world that would be bad news.
