I'm wondering why some members are allowed to have multiple accounts, sometimes responding to themselves and others causing confusion.
If its part of the norm, then shouldnt atleast users with multiple accounts tell others whom they are or were as we know.
No one can genuinely welcome a new user because he or she is always suspected of being an old user with a new face and name, and so they are said to be "trolling".
