Dude getting worked over a subjective statement that is completely based on his own experience. A/samad you can't disprove what somes experiences but you can disagree with his conclusion. Anywhere islamic law was imposed and enforced would see the population pray in greater numbers than you would observe in places where prayer wasn't enforced. Muqdisho has seen such enforcements directly and indirectly in recent years. I think people change their habits that way. What waryaa said about people's experience changing their behaviour is true. It is possible because of what tribal conflicts brought to them of calamities and violence, those experiences made them recognize tribalism is a total failure when compared to brotherhood, and what you can achieve through mutual respect and co-existence.

Folks from Bosaso, Garowe, and Galkayo skip salah but folks in Mogadishu don't, right?
