THE NAME FARAH

Postby afisoone » Sat Jul 07, 2012 7:27 pm

The name Farah come from our old masters from latinos. Remember Spanish empires used to control Mogadishu for over 300 years or so until Islam arrived.

Evidence: here is one of our spanish name of farah in small medical quip ad.

Once again, you're mistaken. The name Farah, is written and pronounced as Faarax. In Arabic, it would be:فارح

A stubborn one aren't you?

There is no word in Modern Standard Arabic that is pronounced as faarax. None. This is just another instance of the Somalisation of Arabic words.

Arabs are our leaders. Somalis 9000 words are from straight from arabs. Spanish words were wiped out by the Arab words. Only 900 spanish left right now. Now we need other people to enslave us like American so we can have another 8000 english words.... We are better than the nigger who speak 100% english. where are their language. It was wiped out by the American white people.............

The arabic word is Farixa not faarah..

The word "farah" is nothing other than somalized "pharaoh". Somalis used it before Arabs came to Somalia.

arabman :
[ ف ر ح ] . ( فعل : ثلاثي لازم ، متعد بحرف ) . فَرِحْتُ ، أَفْرَحُ ، اِفْرَحْ ، مصدر فَرَحٌ .

it's verb. farhaan is the wasf (sefa). so the origin or masdar is fa ra ha. like " فَرِحَ الرَّجُلُ

You know my response could make you depressed, as my comments generally make you so. So, according to you, the name Faarax is Arabic?
