I think toronto Snet member might know him...y'all heard about this guy who got shot and killed in his apartment few weeks back? His nickname was Biggie(dude looked exactly like B.I.G). I've just seen him 2 years ago in Edmonton while attending a family wedding..his brother's nickname was "DayCare"...My he rest in peace...I think the family was originally from Djibouti

I don't understand. Doesn't Canada have welfare for unemployed people or students so they don't result to violence, crime and drugs dealing? Also doesn't Canada give good pathways for students with good or poor marks to make it into University or at least acquire a trade through skill? Unlike America, isn't Canada supposedly less racist meaning making it easier for minorities to succeed in life?

Or have I missed something
