Should niqaabs be allowed in universities? If a non muslim were to enter into this education facility he would think it's a madrassa or a religious gathering not a place of intellectual learning. What does this say about the spread of salafism in Somalia?

Aqwaan muslimiin, they've been in Xamar for a while. Who cares what outsiders think, if these women choose to dress this way then so be it. That said, this is a great idea for those who want to cheat in the exam.
