You should try eating sahuur. Makes all the difference.

I tired, but I can't. By the time saxuur comes around, I'm totally full and just can't eat anything.

Qoraxay is right. You should swallow something For suhur even if it is water. The prophet pbuh highly recommended it. Barako weeye.

Do you stuff yourself at iftaar?

My problem is I can barely eat at maghrib. A fruit salad and a couple glasses of juice and I'll have to call it quits. But it helps for saxuur, when I can eat whatever's lying around.

Usually I don't eat alot at iftaar, the funny thing is, before iftaar I feel like I can eat the whole house, but come iftaar time, can't eat more than a plate, yesterday I had chicken spinach, some suqaar, 2 sambuuso and 2 bur, and yeah, canjeero with the suqaar..

I have to make some changes, cause this is a killer

Try some shah (with ginger) or a gingerale afterward. Might help speed up the process, making you hungry by the suxoor. :geek:

I went out last night, caught the Batman movie and rolled into a 24 hour dinner wolfing down my food before Fajr.
