actually Sakiin is accused of stealing the $150 million all by himself which makes him one of the richest men in Somalia.. God knows if is true though.

This is a serious business, i wouldnt be surprised at all if these government officials are the ones behind most of the killings of ministers.. There is a lot of money involved.
