me and my friends were discussing what needs to be done as we were driving through the torrential rain..city needs a super city planning...Since water is scarce we concluded that water irrigation system should be drawn up somehow..and ive noticed that once it rains here it rains so effing hard, never have I seen water come down like that in a matter of seconds...that has to be taken into consideration
