PO,

If you read the original source(arabic) books, that viewpoint falls apart quickly

For example: During Cali's reign, only 30 years after the death of Nabiga, there were Shiica(both Arabs and non-Arabs) people who openly worshipped Ali because of a) his closeness to the Nabi b) he was the father of Hasan and Husayn. How did Ali react to this ghuluw? He had them burned at stake.

So this "Shia'ism only developed in the 15th century" is flat wrong. That's when it became mainstream in Persia, but there were Ahlul Bayt partisans, of varying degrees of fanaticism(some mainstream, others straight crazy) throughout Islamic history. During the Umayad era, there numerous Ahlul Bayt-led revolts. Their slogan? Revenge for Aala Muxamad(ie, tragedy of Karbalaa). So the whole Ahlul Bayt thing pretty much disintegrated into qabiil warfare(Bani Umaya vs Bani Haashim) and sectarian dagaal(Shiica of Cali against the rest of the world): Umayads vs Ahlul Bayt supporters and then later on Abbasids vs Ahlul Bayt supporters. Islam has nothing to do with those brutal power struggles where thousands lost their lives.

Like I said, once you read the original source history books, the romantic narrative of post-Khulafaa Raashiduun era pretty much falls apart. Shid was real real ugly, on all sides involved. I'm talking Game of Thrones type of depravity & bloodshed. All for the "right to rule" and the "right to king-ship. What I'm saying is: There is no Ahlul Bayt glorification, whatsoever, in our Deen. Islam is a deen of equals, not a hierarchical system where some people are more equal than others due to their 'birth-right'. This ain't fedual europe, bro.

Shirib,

Are there desecendats of Nabiga living among us? Sure there are, but I'm arguing that a) that Quranic term Ahlul Bayt does not refer to them. It refers exclusively to Nabiga, his wives, his grandchildren, Cali/Fatima and their kids. Full stop. b) if somehow it can be proven that someone is a desecendat of Nabiga.....ok...and? Should I give him a cookie? Stooge Abdullah of Jordan is a bona fide desecendant of Nabiga. He, along with his father and grandfather, have also been on the payroll of the alphabet boyz since the days of T.E Lawrence. Israel's number one ally is and has been Jordan, thanks to the Blessed Ahlul Bayt leadership of the Shareefs of Makkah.

Yet, even with that track record of treason, they have managed to dupe the masses, possibly yourself included, that they are 'special' and have a 'right to rule' because they are of the Blessed Ahlul Bayt.

Sorry bro, not all of us are that gullible.

1/ the name calling is INNACURATE
2/ to inculpate Jordan { or their head of state} of being "traitors " for not calling on the destruction of Israel is INNACURATE .

2 ACCURATELY serious charges my friend

I am not even gonna waste my time on the rest.As to the first part of your question he only can deny it , till then it will remain ACCURATE

Anigu mid aan idiin sheego , LOGIC iyo REASON baan ku shaqeeya .
First dadku waxay sharaf gaar u siiyaan ama sii diiran usoo dhawaystaan ahlu bayt-ka because of the Prophet , alright ?
Markaa haddu qofkii si walba ha u qaldanaado e , jacaylka u u hayo nebiga sheeko iska alifto , de sii fiican baa runta loogu sheega e la ma caayo ummad dhan oo aan wax ku gaysan . Taasi waa no1 !!
Midda labaad waxa weeye , Urdun iyo Israel , dagaalo baa kala dhex maray oo waa la wada ogyahay .
Waa labo waddan oo jaar ah , oo taariikh , dhul, wabi iyo wayaalo kale oo badan ka dhexeeyaan .
Haddaad iska soo gasho oo intaad iska caydo dadka tidha waa "traitors" , traitors to whom?

Aniga nac-nacda la i ma tuso wallahi !!

bro it depends on your definition of treason.

Did the jordanian royal family go against the dreams and desires of the arab nation to cooperate closely with Isreal ?
It is undeniable the jordanians do not even deny it, it is clear infact there is no argument or conflict about this, every source out there is in agreement.
This is as close to fact as possible.

did the jordanians do the right thing by cooperating closely with the Isrealis?

in my opinion yes.
A kings job is to take care of his people and he has done it very well.
that is if you consider is people being the people of jordan.
