Walal, you are not familiar with American history and experience. In truth, this is the only way to get respect in this country. The louder, the more you demand, and the angrier you are the more people are willing to listen to you, especially businesses. Also, if you come in to this country as if it belongs to one group of people, then you for sure lost. Cadaanka came to this land and didn't even think the Native Americans owned this land, and no immigrant population that has come whether from, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, who tried to be "nice" and "civilized" got anything done for them. Maybe in Europe you guys have that mentality, but not here.
