mr madaxweyne cali mahdi was legitimate intrim president of Somalia afer siad barre goverment ended.. he was elected USC leaders and somali elders including maanifeesto mujaahidiins. country was peace and goverment workers was paid their mushahar when ali mahdi become president of Somalia. unfortunatly mad man who did not took part the USC war again siyaad bare goverment come from ethiopia wanting to take power no matter what.. that crazy warlord started so called thr 4 months war which destroyed mogadishu 100%.
