They told the world, including the press, that the drilling contract was signed in September - but the rig has been in PL since June. Further proof? For further info, a South Korean company wanted Faroole to kick the Aussies out when he took office in 2009 and they offered him $100 million for a 99-year lease on Garacad alone for off-shore drilling.
