There's a few Somalis in Canada who have been raped in prison to my knowledge. There was the case of a guy who jumped off a bridge after his release because he felt like a woman after the experience. But my cousin In UK told me how a prison guard came to her to ask what "ii caawi" means since she is a community worker in UK. The screams he said he heard every night.
He heard the cries of ii çaawi. He obviously knew what was going down but those words were a mystery to him

Hey niggas get raped in jail. What's really depressing is how most of these young kids go to prison for some petty shyt. Sellin' crack is a petty offense, burglary , stealing cars n etc... No one deserves to be raped in prison for doin' these sorts of crimes but that's just how it's. A lot of unintelligent brothers gettin' locked up for some stupid stuff. Now whether or not a nigga gets raped in prison is determined by a lot of factors: bravery like someone of you mentioned is one, sometimes you're outnumber and can't do shyt while you're forcefully raped because they are powerless , size does matter in certain cases but if you've got heart, you stand a very good chance of staying clean. But the smartest decision is to stay away from prison in the first place. Personally, I'd prefer death.

The only real way to get surprised butt sex is to mess with the prison guards, they will move u to a special area aka deliver u to guys already sniffing ur presence before u enter. Do people get raped incarcerated? Definitely. Have Somalis gotten raped? Probably every race I would say. But it is not common and is even very rare in Jail which most incarcerated people end up.

Prison Rape at least in the US is becoming a lot less common. One of the main reasons it used to happen before is You would have all different inmates with different crime histories there, which meant some notorious, dangerous criminals sharing a areas very petty criminals which spelled trouble. A Guy who shoplifted and a murderur in the same cell. Now they have sections of prisons with people who's crimes were similar.




As for the people who talk about You're not a man if You let another dude rape You, etc. I don't care how tough You are, 8 guys coming at You at once, theres not much You can do. As Elite said, best way to keep Yourself from every going through that is not ending up in jail

ps. the prison rape thing is over-hyped. In the uk, somalis operate in numbers.........if there are a lot of SOmalis/muslims in a prison they are likely to get disrespected let alone raped or sexually assualted.
