So basically I saw my manager taking money out of the safe today. And he left in a hurry. Well me and him used to be cool, until he started flipping on me for no reason, I used to buy sambusa for the bastard. But anywhoo I watched him for 5 minutes, taking the money and putting it in his wallet it was couple of hundred bills.. I wanted to snitch but then our boss is a super douche lord, so he will probably think we all do that and start panicking. I am in a dilemma.

I would encourage you to snitch. First of all your supposed to have a professional relationship with your boss where you put yourself forward in a professional and sophisticated manner then he wouldn't dare to accuse you of such thing. You should go to your boss and tell him in a professional way what you saw and tell him he didn't hear it from you just to teach your manger a lesson.

He would know it was you though coz your the only one who saw him take it and would probably make life hard for you at work but knowing me I would have snitched on him or black mailed him over it. I like to have people know not to mess with me at work and every where else. I hate when managers think they can treat you how they like I usually develop a good relationship with the boss or act like a goody two shoes around them so the manager knows not to Fxxk with me.

I remember when my lesbian manger tried talking shit to me dumb ass hoe
