But, Stark knows a few languages (5, including Morse Code), and their genius is comparable. I'd say engineering wise, he's got the upper hand. Probably a bit more than Wayne. He's also originally the bigger playboy, if we remove Nolan's (awesome) retake on Bruce. Everything else is unworthy to discuss. Wayne wins, easy.
