They insist on sitting in the back even when the passenger seat is empty lol

Of course. Maybe back in the days but now somalis are more salafis than before. if they are not your clan or your sister in-laws they would choice the back side. I've yet to ask a complete male stranger to give me a ride, in fact i nevr been inside a none relativs car in my entire life, and the few times i ordered a tax i never been alone with the taxi driver...walaahi i lived very sheltered life
