House dbl storey 4 bdr ($500,000) 30% Equity.
Investment 2 bdr apt ($350,000) 12% Equity. renting it out Just bought it 18 months ago so income goes to repayments.
O'seas House/properties/APT Fully owned. Rent Income is a joke though.lol
Savings ($70,000) It will all go once i get married

Eritrean girls are very expensive these days.
Income:
AUD$1600 A week (Work) 37.5 Hrs PW & 6 weeks annual Holiday
$400-500 A week (Business In oz) In 4 way partnership. I get taxed alot

$100-$150 a week (Rent dividends from o'seas Properties) I use this money to buy gifts or send to Family.
I will be poor once i get married and i start poping kids, Life in OZ is not cheap for family let alone single people.
Midrigeez, break it down for me how exactly you'd become poor, especially if you're earning nearly 4k a month.

Fam, he is a rich mofo and he is complaining about becoming poor

Why can't he just cut back and save more on the income he gets from those dozens of resources.

Most of them are liars.
How do they get the time to earn that much money and still have time to idle here on average 8hrs a day
Many years back when as a student in a useless uni, i could juggle studies and somalinet together. spent long hours chitchating here. however work environment is different unless you do security guard workat night/day like rightwing, one wouldn't be able to combine somalinet malaayacni a with well paying job.
I think 80% of somalinet members are on long term gov benefits (food stamps). waa wada disable yaal dowlada biilka ka bixiso

SNET is convenient when circumstances don't allow you to venture out for entertainment.
As for food stamps, its FREE food !

Abakar,
Adeer, business is not what it used to be. The land isbaaros are in chaos. The sea isbaaros are in chaos. A deadly group has taken over all the lucrative ones and they call themselves "Dawlada Somaliya"
