How many of you considered

Postby Saraxnow » Thu Nov 01, 2012 7:07 pm

working and living in a completely different country for a very short while say, 3 or even 6 months learning the language and culture, or getting into the whole learning experience?. Not necessarily extremely rough places though, with no running water wa al'yathubillah

Interesting, was thinking Malaysia too.

But Australia's just another English speaking country. I wouldn't find much fascinating, unless they have kangaroo crossings instead.

I've had Malaysia on the mind going on 6 years now. Plan to visit the next time I'm able to make a trip. Turkey only recently after meeting some folks. Very friendly people.

Tushi,

Lies, you saw it and thought you'd bum a trip off me. It's cool. You're invited 8-)

Best type of work is always the one where you can get out in life and experience new ventures. It would be good to see the Americas though, something about Mexico city..

I have a cousin who just got back from living and working in Cambodia for like 6 mths after she got her degree...I thought she was crazy for going at first but after hearing about it, I wouldn't mind doing something like that cuz we're in similar fields

I have walked the streets of many foreign cities, its absolutely indescribable the feelings u experience upon meeting a friend who doesnt speak a word of any language u know and vice verse but able to understand the friendly gestures like he was a sibling.

It is indeed profoundly magical, friends.
