I have a lot of respect for African Americans, Latino's and all people of colour pretty much. Specially Africans Americans, what impressed me the most was the way they were protective of president Obama and his chances of winning a second term.

1man is right, Blacks really stepped up. The Republicans consistently said Obama's base would not be as motivated and turn out wouldn't be like 2008. Black voters especially in Virginia and Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio like Cuyahuga county voted in numbers Greater than 2008. Obama pretty much won Virginia, a state Democrats hadn't carried in more than half a century, because of Blacks. Blacks stepped up big time !! I was reading in Pittsburgh wards Blacks were almost 100% of the vote and they voted for Obama 99% and let's not even forget the impact they made in Miami Dade for Obama taking Florida.
