I don't care who makes admin for the region , but one thing must be clear no community should be discounted , no mater how small , J.Hoose is not only Kismayo so every village and district should be represented , and priority should now be kicking out / defeating the remains of Alshabab , so I don't understand what's the dipute , the president should be showing some leadership and working with and supporting for people who are campaigning for the admin and they should respect and consult the centeral government as well , so it's no use if Daarod settle their difference without ather groups joining in , and the whole community pulling together , so if the darood and especially raskambooni wants to spearhead the building of adminstration for the region all well and good but it must be with blessing and involvinment of all ather groups like Gaaljecel , Shiikhal , Biyamaal , Baajun iwm , We don't want any grievences with the forming of a new authority , and in the long run reer Waamo must go above Qabiil , get their spirit back and pull teogether.

That is the Reality on the Ground,The Sooner some people Realize that hawiye,Digil &Mirifle will have an equal say in their region the better.Ama kenya u waco,ama Ethiopia hoosta ka gal ama yahuud u waco it doesnt matter.
