I don't know which one is lower. The probability of someone getting sexually assaulted outside on broad daylight or this fool not getting raped in prison.

wuxuu ma dugaag baa markuu maalin cad miskiinta yar ku boodayo and to boot, outside a somali business center! See waaye sheekadu.Twenty-six-year-old Bashir Noor was accused of assaulting the girl in an alley outside the Somali Business Center in June.

Did anyone else read that part?He initially had been charged with gross sexual imposition but prosecutors decided it would be difficult to prove that Noor forced himself on the girl. Noor said the girl looked older and had consented.

Yup. Just another dude done wrong by the system. But that's what happens when you're banging chicks in alleys. Bound to catch something, be it a charge or warts.Did anyone else read that part?He initially had been charged with gross sexual imposition but prosecutors decided it would be difficult to prove that Noor forced himself on the girl. Oops.According to the police report, Noor approached the girl after 4 p.m. on June 2 near the Somali Business Center at 122 23rd St., pulled her into a concealed area between the fence and the building and sexually assaulted her there.
The girl escaped and alerted others, who chased Noor, police said. He was arrested a block away.

In any way, he did wrong & has to pay the price.Prosecutor Leah Viste, an assistant Cass County state’s attorney, said several factors were considered in deciding to amend the charge. She said she believes the resolution “fairly and justly” addresses the matter.
While the victim did not change her story, Viste said, “I think there would have been some potential issues surrounding the force issue.”
