They all have now, Puntland, Somalilayn etc. but not as sopicsticated as during the Afwweyne era because the NSS (afwweynes intelligence agency) was trained by Soviet KGB and somali soldier like Salaad Gabeyre was actually hired by the KGB before Afwweyne execute him.

The entire Somali community everywhere in the world are just one big Intelligence Agency, cause everything concerning Somalis is pretty much known by every Somali and their grandmothers. Everything from who is involved in piracy or Al-Shabaab to who controls the black markets in every city in Somalia, hell they even know who the corrupt politicians are, and who they deal with under the table. Nothing is secret to Somalis, nothing.

Never recruit someone with Balwo/habit (Khat, Alcohol, Sex addict, and even cigarettes), because they are easy to influence and can't shut up when they are confronted by what they are addicted to.......

Caadi matihid. There is this guy who graudated with criminal justice degree( He's from Cameey family, a well know Dhulos family in Puntland). He went to Garowe for a job and he's hired as gudoomiyaha danbi baarista, and he works diretly wit the PIS. If two year criminal justice can get you that kind job, anything is possible :steviej:

Spies are needed to track criminals. I wouldn't do it, but I support anybody that puts his life on line to saveguard the nation

If you are clean you have nothing to worry. A while back there was this somali guy who was soo excited he got an Iphone 4s and started taking random pic and recording people in barber shop. A semi wadaad dude that was getting hair cut suddenly jumped on him broke the phone to pieces screaming "snitch" LMAO. There was big fight and the police had to come
