Pimsleur is waaay better imo. But it depends on how the person learns as well. Pimsleur is listening and repeating

Lilahiya that's actually not bad. When I originally started this topic I actually had two people in mind....Hyperactive and Englightened-Sis. If either takes up the offer, I will accept.

if you have a teacher, tell him to put your focus on na7w and sarf. thereafter the rest of the language will come with practise.

I live in an Arabian country now and yet dont speak the language but than I never tried learning it. My work languages are German and English so I guess no need for Arabic for me.
