I am refering to in the case of Amisom/foreign forces in Somalia , I think it is a bad route we are taking by relying on them tottaly , and it's time We showed them the exit door , and become selfsufficiant with our own manpower , We are in a stage today where We Somalis are running to neighbouring countries group by group and one by one which is bad for the reputation of our country and people , where those countries are more than happy a divided Somalia , so let us trust our selves and solve our differences inside our country and not keep running to our enemies , it's good step We now have parliement , president , primemister and a cabinet so they must show leadership and hard work and reach and help population in every corner of Somalia and show and earn the trust of our long suffering people , help the population in the country and the displaced , bring back people who fled to neigbouring countries and suffering in refugees camps , so the title of topic is if Hargeysa and Garoowe don't need foreign armies/forces , surely Muqdisho don't need it either .

What are you smoking? If it wasn't for AMISOM, Al Shabab would have taken over the whole country. The only reason why they were initially centered in the southern area (and still are) is because AMISOM got in just in time and has been weakening them ever since before they can expand. Even today, Al Shabab is not a joke. Al Shabab is the most sophisticated, best funded, best equipped organization in Somalia (although they have taken a huge hit these days). One-on-one without AMISOM interference, Al Shabab could defeat any administration or any rebel group. They have no threat. They are the sole threat in Somalia.

Somalia's very existence at the moment is thanks to AMISOM. If you want AMISOM to leave, you must accept an Al Shabab controlled Somalia. No one has the resources to tackle Al Shabab.

Some may argue that there is no Alshabab in Hargeysa and Garowe and that their strength is in South Somalia and that is where they were concentrating , but I don't quite buy this idea that Alshabab are foreigners but rather they are felow Somalis who taken the wrong route and that since We don't agree with their ideology we should fight and eliminate them by ourselves and our population should say no to them.

Nah....you can`t compare Ethiopia with s/l......lets be real here.
Instead of criticising them, you should be asking yourself what have you been doing for the last 20+ years.

The difference between us and them is that Ethiopia is a peaceful (relatively) and fertile country that is officially recognized and receives billions of dollars each year in aid. Somaliland is an unrecognized, arid region that is attached to the shithole that is xamar. Also, every few years there is a rock concert held for these leeches because they are always starving, no SLander is starving.

Comparing apples and oranges, man this fool is braindead. :snoop: :wtf:
