Understanding of different Qiraats

Postby OliveOil » Wed Dec 26, 2012 1:51 am

Okay, I know this may seem really stupid and all but wallahi never in my entire life have I paid attention to different recitation styles of the Quran....I need help in understanding them, knowing them, at least lead me the way so I can do my own research afterwards inshallah. Remember my other post about our favorite reciters? Well I listened to all of them and came to a conclusion that the following are my favorite of them all:

Saad Al Ghamdi, Abu bakr al shatri, Abdul Wadood Haneef, sheikh Al Hudayfi, Mishary Al Afasy, sheikh Sudais, and Mohamed el Barak.
