i am saddened and shocked to hear the passing of this brave young lady!!! it is beyond believe to think that some people are actually capable of commiting such heineous and awful crime to a innocent girl like her!!!

none of the victims you mentioned are comparable to this victim. first, laci peterson was not gang-raped; her husband is alleged to have killed her. nobody even knows what happened to natalie holloway and her body has never been recovered. and jonBenet ramsey was raped and killed by a single sychopath.
even with that, i still feel sorry for them and for their families. these are all horrific crimes and need to stop.

however, this young lady who passed away couple of hours ago was gang-raped by six men on a bus and was then thrown out on a still moving bus. it didn't end there. they also beat up her compinion severely and he's still in hospital with stable condition.

this story became international after massive protests were staged in delhi, india. it has been in the news since it occured ten days ago.

They didn't just rape her, she probably would have survived if they'd stopped at that. I don't think capital punishment would be enough of a punishment for these kind of criminals. They should have to endure the same level of torture for an equal number of hours before they are returned to their maker.
