I was watching it live and I didn't think twice about it.

First of all, It's live TV and its NYE in Times Square. Do the viewers expect it to be "family friendly"? On top of that, people knew Kathy Griffin was co-hosting it and she has been doing so with CNN for like 10 years or something. Did they not get the memo? We all know she has no boundaries. Secondly, kids younger than 12 are not supposed to be up that late. For the iyaal in the earlier time zones and we were watching it, its not like they would have knew what was going on anyway.

It was tame.
