So this morning while sleepin' I get a call from my brother saying 'ina lilahi wa inaa ilayhi raajicuun' am like who's dead? n he said 'what do you mean, father died and the news came from cousin so and so through you'? I woke up and asked him what cousin so and so told him and he said our cousin told him that my father is dead and I was the one who told him that.
I told my brother that I didn't say anything of that sort, he hanged up. Moments later, my mother calls me saying the same thing. and then my sister, and then more family members. All this because my cousin, whom I have not spoken to for weeks, told my family I told him that my father died and that he should forward the news to the rest of the family. I was
the whole time and then I explained to the family that I didn't say such a thing. I went back to sleep and then I receive a call from the man himself asking me why I am wishing him a quick death. ideas of what to do please? The family is lookin' at me like I am an outsider.
