If i were the owner of this business,i would give this man a raise,make him manage his cheap but excellent Chinese workers.

i know but while he was surfing ebay ..etc. some one else was doing his job. did he ask his employer if that was okay?

He was there,getting paid to do a job,it was done.How he did and when shouldnt matter.

i disagree cause not what agreed or disagreed, but hey it's my opinion, is dishonest. how if the employer didnt want some of job secrates not to know or their project by 3rd part!

lol, no question he is smart and thinks outside the box, if that his own business. i would take employer's opinion before i do anything.lol
i guess he was just lazy and wanted easy way things to be done in perfection. he used his brain wrong way in this case but of course not in black a d white. otherwise we would disagree in his case.lol

He was not lazy.He probably hurt their pride.

I laughed when I read that article. The company did the right thing. They have to protect their brand, reputation and name recognition. Besides this guy was paid to do a job, if he was honest he would have proposed to the company the merits of outsourcing the work , but he was a conniving two-timing white collar criminal who probably lied on his resume to get a job he was not qualified for. The interesting part is that he was done similar stints at other commpanies, but no company will put out his name because the damage to their company's reputation is greater if it is found out that the work of the company was done overseas unbeknownst to the shareholders and others who have a stake in the company.

He exposed the copany to serious risk. They were right to fire him.
